Issue with Office 365 / Azure login - Microsoft Community


hello,

i have configured azure ad sync on-prem accounts. i've been in scenario on year. now, cannot login office 365 or azure using on-prem account, nor can login using cloud-only admin account (onmicrosoft.com). receiving following error after authenticating in portal:

you can try refreshing page solve problem. can wait few minutes , try again.

i have ran azure ad troubleshooter password sync without issue. i've also reset password multiple times ensure nothing wrong there. looks azure ad sync running fine. when running ad sync configuration tool, receive 401 when trying authenticate azure ad.

hi dustin,

since cloud admin account can't logged in, understanding should troubleshoot issue via cloud side firstly. situation, please re-confirm followings:

1. office 365 (cloud side) has valid license (unless sign admin portal).

2. browser has no cache (you can try clearing cache) or can change browser. 

3. cloud admin account's password valid (you can try changing password it)

by way, i'd collect "401 error" screenshot (a complete one. , if there private information in can provide in private message).
