Interenet explorer/edge do not download files - Microsoft Community

hello,

i got new computer , tried download google chrome itunes respective websites. click on download, , page loads congratulate me on downloading, nothing happens, nothing appears @ bottom of page , nothing appears in download files. have tried in both explorer , edge mediums no avail. looking reasoning or insight can do, if downloads blocked, etc.

are facing issue other downloads?

in download page, should have option try again , see whether works.

try run windows update , install updates , restart pc.
