Insider build 16232 causes crash in CoreMessaging.dll - Microsoft Community

i'm developing game, , on pc gets insider builds (currently 16232), crashes on exit inside coremessaging.dll. looks insider build versions of dlls don't have symbols on microsoft's symbol servers, can't diagnose further that.

builds of project on non-insider pcs don't have crash. what's best way track down changes cause this? possible symbol files new dlls perhaps?
