HD-500, and 905 XL does not work, Phone is not detecting the HD-500 - Microsoft Community

hello,

i have 950 xl , having new hd-500. (it in box year, never used it)

so 'm trying use now, original cables without success :(

first time connected gadget app saying needed update. after done requested restart. did this.. without getting working situation. if connect device see first white led, , red continue led on hd-500. if plugin phone sound of charging nothing happens. deleted hd-500 in gadget app.. nothing helps.

the gadgets app is:  4.4.1609000 .24.3.1608.2800 , running os build : 10.0.15254.12

hope can find here. windows phone lot , want try feature.

plz hard reset maybe problem fix if not try use other cables hd-500
