Cannot (re)join the Insider program - Microsoft Community

a few days ago reinstalled thinkpad laptop windows 10.
laptop running windows 10, using latest windows insider build.

after reinstall have unsuccessfully tried rejoin windows insider program, using settings ->update & security -> windows insider program -> started.
every time try go through steps - select account - select level of builds - restart. after restarting, nothing has changed, , not start getting insider builds.

i have tried wait day or two, tried join @ least 6 times, , still no effect.

any suggestions?

4 weeks preview builds paused.  today 17053 released.
