Am I the only one experiencing 'stealth' re-installs? - Microsoft Community

hi everyone!

so....build 16299.15 installed on 10th of october , kb4041994.  today 12th.  have uninstalled excess, tweaked , tuned.  good.....except have had uninstall 5 apps 4 times.  keep reappearing on , on again, , there nothing in installed updates reflect this.  why devil coming , why stealth re-installs?  if wanted candy crush, march of empires, ms solitaire collection, minecraft or twitter wouldn't uninstall them.  desktop work oriented test computer, not x-box.  else have problem?  know how stop this?  dumped them again, shut down, , got on computer ask.
