Unable to delete a shared mailbox - Microsoft Community

when try delete shared mailbox error message. selecting delete displays same message.  

i ge same error message in exchange online , when try delete in powershell.

how can removed?

may know whether shared mailbox in hybrid environment?

kind of environment have set up? hybrid deployment or purely exchange online?

issue happen other shared mailbox or specific shared mailbox?

moreover, please try delete shared mailbox via using different admin account see whether problem still occurs.
