Pop-Up and Banner Ads on Win 10/IE11 - Microsoft Community

i don't have problem win 7/ie11. on that, installed adblocker plus, , works o.k., banners keep coming on outlook , msn homepage. i contacted makers , admitted having problems, "sort out" in next release. in win 10 is hostile ad blocker. tried adguard, apart not being free after trial period [it apparently doesn't have trouble win 10/ie11], logo sits in awkward position near rh bottom of screen , brings "choices" panel when 1 trying scroll page.

i have keep going "ad choices" de-select ads cookies, , ms advertising choices. example of win 10 becoming more avaricious 3rd-party softwares.
