OneNote login/sync error maybe - Microsoft Community

whenever connected internet on new galaxy tab s3 1 note gives me error: error: 0x803d0013. 

when offline onenote work without error.

need fix soon!

this issue might have caused server or application itself. troubleshoot it, kindly refer article: fix sync issues in onenote ios or android.
