Edge Browser Homepage/New tab page is not correct - Microsoft Community

my laptop running latest windows 10 , reinstalled it. set fresh system's language english , should in english sitting room in brooklyn. however, edge browser's new tab page chinese. browser's settings , current start page shown in image.

although chinese, bought laptop in us, guess problem related microsoft account preference don't know how fix it.

edge suggested content , top site becoming not english
