Can't finish O365 Activation after redeeming online - Microsoft Community

hi , ms office subscription ran out. of it's programs needed reactivated did. entered product key, redeemed online, couldn't finish activation. please help????

the issue you’re having when you've tried completing office 365 activation can caused intermittent internet connection or subscription encountered error. learn more concern, we’d ask if there’s error message appeared during process. if so, please provide screenshot.

in meantime, suggest run activation troubleshooter office 365 , office 2016. tool completing activation. once you’re done, try activate again office 365 subscription.

we’ll wait response.
