how  rid of appcrash kernelbase.dll on windows 7. explorer not work.

hi clark,

we need gather more information know why "explorer" not functioning. kindly answer these questions:

  • when did "explorer" stop functioning?
  • were there changes made on computer before encountering issue?
  • just clarify, having issue accessing internet explorer or file explorer?
  • can still access other programs?
  • what exact error message you're getting when accessing "explorer". provide screenshot of issue further investigate why "explorer crashing.
