i looking way add custom color palette (an possibly other formatting) our organization's office365's default settings for users have access to. currently, each user having create , save custom palette in each install of   office365 set of programs. less ideal, , many staff ignore request.
    as result, many presentations, documents , spreadsheets presented clients use windows default color palette , awkward when integrated our organizations marketing material colors quite different.
    is there way admin office365 account can input rgb values once make them available user throughout organization when open 'new' or 'blank' document using desktop applications? these still available if   user using browser versions of office365 applications?

  there no official way deploy custom theme users in organization. may use third-party solutions.
