Recover lost admin account - Microsoft Community

hi,

question:
admin user account seems lost. (either none exist tenant or user id unknown) how recover admin login? can tech. support @ due privacy protection?

problem:

  • microsoft account created <username>@<domain>.onmicrosoft.com
  • subscription office business added (which still billed every month!
  • users added <domain>.<tld>
  • ... comes unclear part ...
  • user <username>@<domain>.onmicrosoft.com prob. renamed <username>@<domain>.<tld>
  • no login possible original admin user id

an email original subscription id , admin user id exists. however, login not recognize user id valid @ all.


suggestions on how current admin account information (if exists @ all) or upgrade existing user admin?

i highly appreciate help.
