hi there, have installed ms office home & business 2016 onto dell laptop using administrator profile. created @outlook.com email address activation key linked. however, when click on ms office software asking activation key again , when plug in, saying activation key used. also, outlook account , password account linked not open because apparently credentials entered wrong when wrote correctly , when creating it!
my question is, have activation key me how unlink current computer , reinstall? want start on scratch.
