microsoft word wont let me open it under email address. - Microsoft Community

hey names katie.  had tried 30 day trial expired on 21st of month. renewed today through email *** email address removed privacy ***. not let access , saying email isn't associated office product. , says activate install, please sign in account associated product. says if purchased office yourself, use same account used when purchasing office. little confused because did purchased $69.99 package self under email address. how come not let me sign in , use microsoft word?

there cases wherein trial version of office won't renew regular version due licensing conversion. reason why current word app installed on computer not allowing access because it's still using trial license. sort out, recommend uninstall current office on computer install regular office suite. may refer link uninstall office. once done, sign in account online through https://office.com/myaccount install office.
