Microsoft office home and student - Microsoft Community

i received new laptop last year year of microsoft office. subscription office expired , decided download free version students student email. wouldn't let me activate , says "this account isn't associated office product. activate, please sign in account associated product."

so unistalled versions of word , microsoft office have on laptop , still giving me same message.

i don't know now.

microsoft asking sign in email address , password microsoft account used when first setup office. try signing in here  email , password microsoft account used when setup office or try 'can't access account' link
