there several reasons why excel 2016 crashes when entering numbers or use arrows. isolate issue, kindly provide following information:

  • when did issue start?
  • does occur in other office applications?
  • is windows 10 updated?

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
