trying download office 2010 on windows 10 laptop. have valid product key office 2010. however, when enter product key download office 2010, getting: "we encountered problem processing request. please try again later." mean product key invalid or else wrong?

you not trying activate pre-installed office trial you? if uninstall before going below link

are using link verify/install? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/office
