i have office 365 , need add outlook.com mail can open mail in 1 location, keep receiving error.

any ideas on do? saw same error in community question 2016 , outlook said working
on fix , had crazy work around, surely has been fixed now.

according description, know want manage outlook.com mail account in office 365. recommend configure outlook.com account connected account in office 365. details, please check article:

if encounter problem when configure connected account, please give screenshot of error message analysis. also, please check if can use same username , password sign in web application of outlook.com account. can check if problem related specific email account.
