microsoft office has problem, word , excel ( unlicensed product )

hi,

this issue may occur if program having system conflict. need ask few questions better assist you. please provide following information:

  • which version of office program using?
  • when did issue start happen?
  • were there recent changes made system prior issue (updates, software installations, etc.)?
