Windows Update not working with red exclamation mark - Microsoft Community

a few days ago, computer crashed during windows update. not detect os and, had reinstall everything. after re-installation, partitioned hard drive avoid using not in time ever again. installed ms office , windows updated drives , comes along perfectly. then, since yesterday i'm getting these messages, shown in screenshots. 

i'm using new acer aspire f 15 4gb ram , 1tb hdd 20% full right now. 

can please explain why happening , how can fix this? updates , on insider preview builds.

we're glad tried above troubleshooting steps, know more issue, please answer following questions below:

  • what exact result after troubleshooting steps?
  • can please provide screenshot on accessing start menu.

to isolate issue, have tried creating new profile make sure there no issue profile you're using.

we forward response.

i not troubleshoot nothing tried in regards successful. else said on thread, have reinstall windows. so, did clean install wiping on main partition. worked hour, had same problem again. then, installed windows, formatting main partition usb stick. 

for moment, able update perfectly,
