Windows fails to boot after latest pre-release build Green screen IRQL - Microsoft Community

i have windows 17046.rs_prerelease.171118-1403 fails load on restart.

upon restart green screen irql not less or equal never progresses past troubleshooting page. 

i tried rolling , resetting both fail. i've manged safe mode networking.

how roll last stable build , opt out of insider program? 

[moved from: windows insider program / windows insider preview / repair , recovery / pc]

since on build 17046 need clean install of latest stable build 16299 using installation media. make sure backup important data.
