Windows 10 Mobile and Family Safety - Microsoft Community

hi,

i upgraded son's windows phone windows 10 mobile , since doing so, have lost control of device through family safety.

the device listed 1 of devices , activity report shows me apps , browsing history on phone.

but seem have lost management control of it. 

* banning apps doesn't work. (only effects desktop pc)

* banning websites doesn't work. (only effects desktop pc)

* age restriction doesn't work. (only effects desktop pc)

* "find phone", (which worked badly under windows 8.1), doesn't work @ now. - links under device need administrator of device, difficult on device allows 1 person log it!!

so far, upgrade has been serious mistake , looking @ confiscating phone unable manage it.

please advise how meant work.

if going point me towards web pages instructions on how use windows 10, please make sure windows 10 mobile different desktop/laptop version.

updating phone latest software version can change my family settings. may try set again, register devices, , re-apply settings before. here's article reference of family settings windows phone.

let know how works.
