When I connect to a website it freezes and tells me I am not connected - Microsoft Community

when connect website after few seconds tells me not connected.  reconnect on own.  when in facebook cannot view videos.  

hi,

intermittent internet connection 1 of possible causes why you're unable access website properly. isolate concern, kindly answer following:

  • just clarify, using internet explorer?
  • how connected internet?
  • have tried different web browsers see if issue persists?
  • did error message?
