unable to install wimdows 10 update on my windows - Microsoft Community

i have miscrosoft lumia 540 windows phone 8.1 os version , want update 10. update downloaded installation not getting complete.it tells "it's temporary problem.to try again,go setting>phone updates.(0x8007007e).plz me out.

hello vaibhav,

the 0x8007007e error code caused third party application preventing update. can uninstall third party apps on phone , can try update again.

if issue persists after uninstalling phone's apps, please following:

1. back stuff.
2. hard reset phone.
3. after hard resetting phone, install upgrade advisor app , try upgrade phone again.

let know happens after uninstalling apps or hard resetting phone.
