Unable to cancel Microsoft Office 365 / turn off auto-renew? - Microsoft Community

my microsoft office 365 subscription set auto-renew today (11/21/17) , wish cancel it.  says charged 69.99 on 12/11/17 (although when try cancel have little money in bank between jobs , can't afford $69.99 charge use (i use openoffice).  instructions given cancel auto-renew follows:

to stop automatically renewing subscription, keep using until expires:
  1. go services & subscriptionspage. (if prompted, sign in using microsoft account email , password associated office 365 subscription.)
  2. on services & subscriptions page, find subscription want stop automatically renewing, , click manage.
  3. on payment & billing page, click change , select turn off auto-renew.

there no "change" option anywhere on payment & billing page.  thing relating "change" "change way pay" not offer option "turn off auto-renew," changing method of payment.  clicking "turn off auto-renew" on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027815/microsoft-account-cancel-a-microsoft-subscription sends me started , again references "change" option on payment & billing page not exist. 

this beyond frustrating.  have been going in circles trying figure out past half hour.  please help!

accelerator feature not compatible windows 10 causing computer load programs slow,  need download link correct problem moved from: internet explorer / internet explorer 10 / other/unknown hello sharon, starting windows 10, version 1703, accelerator can no longer used in internet explorer. can check article to learn more said setting. let know if have other concerns. regards.
