Sync on Microsoft Lumia 640 XL - Microsoft Community

bought new car (ford escape se 2017), , tried connect phone sync feature bluetooth, , see car on phone, not connect car, , car not see phone. car salesman said surprised because sync had been around long , phones connect it. have further information this?

i can't more specific. don't have instructions sync system.

did find pairing instructions sync system?  the sync system has set enable pairing, in proper mode.

then , can pair devices. pair phone, not sync system.. 

after devices paired, connect.
