cant sign out of microsoft account

based on post, we'll needing more information can assist accordingly. please provide following information:

  • when "you can't sign out microsoft account", mean you're trying remove main microsoft account associated on phone?
  • do see error codes or message?
  • are trying sign out browser, microsoft app and/or other applications?
