Problems with audio level in different conditions in windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i using windows insider program in slow ring.i facing issues laptop audio level(it in previous windows 10 versions)--i.e. laptop audio " loud when battery saver mode enabled " ,but audio level  "drastically goes down when plugged in or battery saver off". technician tested laptop booting harddrive , version of windows 10-there no problem, now  can please me out it?(it hardy audible while plugged in!!)

hi jidanc,

your audio may not work due incorrect setting configuration on device. may follow steps found on link run sound troubleshooter. perform series of tests see , fix issues on device may causing audio not work.  if troubleshooter finds issues, it'll listed in result additional instructions may need follow. however, in cases, troubleshooter find , apply fixes automatically.
