can't fix microsoft edge can print bank statements , cc statements?

hi heidi,

one of possible reasons why issue occurs due outdated printer driver or video card driver. we'd know few things can better address concern.

  • what's make , model of printer?
  • have made changes prior issue?
  • are getting error messages when trying print?
  • is issue same other browsers , when printing on different website?
  • are experiencing same issue when printing file that's locally saved on computer?

in meantime, troubleshoot printing issue, suggest performing these steps:

  1. run printer troubleshooter. troubleshooter perform diagnostic process on system check , resolve printing issue automatically.
  2. set different default printer. afterwards, set previous printer default printer again.
  3. use microsoft print pdf feature. allow print page pdf file , save computer. after saving file locally, try print file.
  4. update printer , video card drivers. so, refer link. if windows doesn't find new driver, can try checking 1 on device manufacturer's website.

please post result further assistance.
