new build problem with internet connection - Microsoft Community

is else having problem of when install new build can not connect internet. if please let me know how fix problem have spent many hours online tech support , have gotten nowhere

1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface. make

2.  os type, home, pro, enterprise, etc

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about. os build xxxxxx.xxxx

4.  insiders include rs3_release or rs_prerelease.

5.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc

6.  error getting if any?
