i want know how stop computer freezing unexpectedly.

windows 10 insider preview version 1709

edition: 17025.1000

hi ryan,

there several factors consider should encounter kind of issue on windows 10. great if can tell more concern. please answer following questions:

  • did issue start after upgrading build 17025?
  • did notice system setting changes prior issue?
  • are getting error messages?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • are in fast ring?
