Lumia 930 microphone problem - Microsoft Community

 hello. have nokia lumia 930. software version is: 10.0.15063.786 (latest update phone @ time)  phone has a problem microphones. in case, cortana can hear me quite well. there no problem. camera can record sounds. problem when trying record voice recorder, have shout out loud record low whisper. same shazam. have set speakers on highest level if want shazam hear music , recognize it. same calling. if using speaker no 1 can hear me. not able use skype video calling, speaker in usual calls, during viber etc.

 please, please it. fix problem. if works on 8.1 why can't work on windows 10 mobile? please fix problem. supporting microsoft long , please take care customers.

 also please don't give on windows mobile development. can make better android or ios if you'll try.
