Error code: 30016-4 - Office 365 subscription - everything got - Microsoft Community

hello,

it started outlook 2016 - tried add email account , apparently account never correctly set up.  tried sign in , error message told me couldn't find *** email address removed privacy *** file.  tried going control panel - change , fix issues no success - gut reaction things not uninstalled registry or esoteric file.  uninstalled , reinstalled.  did mention, on subscription plan?

today, able onto outlook , created 3 accounts wanted - , lo , behold getting same error not finding self same file!

so once again tried going control panel change fix , while 1/3rd of way through gave me 30016-4 error. 

i did searches the .ost , .pst file extensions , found 2 short cuts deleted - , not find of outlook files of 3 accounts had set up. 

1 - how office apps gone!

2 - have suggestion of what's search - i've never had issues not finding files.
