Error Code: 30016-4 - Microsoft Community

i receiving error code.  i have used trouble shooter, have repaired office, have attempted update after re-booting, have removed office entirely, have shut off anti-virus/malware software other windows defender, , have attempted reinstall office through office 365.  i continue message "something went wrong" error code 30016-4.  what can now?  it still won't install.

    I have the same issue then check for the lot of trails to solve the error code 30016-4 finally i got the solution through this link
