been trying update credit card.

the country stuck on "panama".

i"m in united states , have never been in panama.

why can't change it?

how change it?

may know whether using office 365 business service or office 365 home/personal service? clarify this, need collect office 365 account (which signing update credit card) in private message (pm) as screenshot "stuck in panama".

if using office 365 business service, should feasible update credit card. may try going browser's private mode or changing browser (ie, firefox, chrome) if haven't done it.
