Bug when awake my laptop - Microsoft Community

hello,

i've subscribed "slow" insider program i've installed build 16232.rs_prerelease.170624-1334. since, i've big bug when laptop come out of standby. screen looks below , when move cursor, square move :

the way skip screen turn off laptop pressing start button.

i've notice laptop don't detect anymore phone (galaxy a5 2016) on usb 3.0 ports (even explorer, samsung kies , switch).

my laptop hp pavilion gaming notebook p0s74ea#abf (i5 6300hq @ 2.3 ghz, 8 gb ram @ 1600 mhz, gtx 950m, 1 tb hdd).

hi,

since issue happened after installing/upgrading insider program build 16232.rs_prerelease.170624-1334, it's possible caused outdated driver.

isolate concern, suggest boot computer in safe mode. safe mode starts windows in limited state, bare essentials started. check if encounter same issue while in safe mode. instructions, may refer article. can choose whether boot computer settings or sign-in screen.

updating device drivers can help. update driver in windows 10, kindly refer article.
