Unable to get access of Office products offline as a student - Microsoft Community

hello !

         i have downloaded microsoft office students using university account unable access products offline. online access available office products not providing complete functionality. want offline access to perform daily tasks assignments related documentations, how offline access microsoft office products ?

  1. does “unable access of office products offline” mean can’t edit documents in office programs?
  2. please go file>account>product information, provide screenshot it. example, 
  3. do error message? if so, please provide screenshot error.
