having issues in download marketplace erro code  d000f001. please need update phone. me. send update me

hi julie,

error code d000f001 occurs when phone has syncing issues prevents accessing store.

to solve this, recommend following steps:

  1. go settings -> email+accounts, , tap , hold on windows live email listed there , select sync.
  2. go settings -> date+time , switch off toggle set automatically, clearing cache.
  3. to clear cache, go settings -> applications -> internet explorer , tap on delete history.

let know if still have issues connecting store after following suggestions above.
