fwiw, of morning getting reports of same issue. seems intermittent , going default library in team site on different site collection. global admin tenant , works me. users owners on destination library getting errors.

collect following information clarify situation?

1. team sites have same issue or specific one?
2. files cannot copied site or specific files types/ specific files?
3. screenshot of error message.
4. screenshot of permission level affected users.
