microsoft lumia640 sd card dosnt show in storage.what can do?

there's big chance sd card not inserted properly, that's why phone can't recognize it. factor compatibility issue. best resolution this, please answer following questions:

  • which windows version running on phone?
  • are getting error message or code?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
