well while reading articles on wikipedia if click on text not link there appears cursor similar 1 when enter text, not mouse pointer, , scrolling page using arrow keys or page down or page keys available on keyboard not possible or rather not flexible when cursor did not appear, possible.

is inevitable?

we suggest trying perform reset on microsoft edge. resetting edge correct glitches might affecting browser. that, follow steps below:

1. launch microsoft edge.
2. click three dots  on top right of browser.
3. select settings.
4. scroll down clear browsing data click on choose clear.
5. click on show more reveal other options.
6. check options click on clear reset microsoft edge.
