lumia 950 keeps on rebooting , loosing time ??? has started happening after recent update plus reason in update settings windows update headline in russian ???

thank updating us. has shown on screenshot phone enrolled in windows insider program. may check language set on phone going settings > time , language, tap language. make sure it's set english (united states) , there's no other language added it. if boot loop issue remains unresolved, advise download , install windows device recovery tool on pc, connect phone , reset windows. resolves software issues windows phone.

outcome can out further.
