Lumia 650 black screen - Microsoft Community

purchased lumia 650 in may year , wont work has black screen. followed microsoft instructions using recovery tool still has black screen. contacted laptops direct purchased phone , told me have in touch microsoft, find impossible phone number gave me. how can new phone or refund microsoft

it appears phone not booting up.

since tried restore phone using windows device recovery tool, recommend in touch b2x support.

b2x support authorized microsoft customer service provider can lumia mobile phone concerns.
