Problem in syncing Office 365 share-point files to one drive folder - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i have office 365 online account , having problem in syncing share-point files. have several times installed-reinstalled-uninstalled 1 drive application fix issue not working. guess have latest 1 drive client (as can see blue cloud icon showing 1 drive - <my company name>). still not able sync files.

i appreciate if can provide help. have browsed online doc , nothing fixing issue.

here doing , issue when click on sync button on sharepoint foder

sync start

here go sharepoint documents , click sync, keeps on giving me error

now if click app , asks me yo  login 365 account , upon login,i message

but sync folder empty.

according description, issue encountered previous onedrive business sync client starts when click sync button in sharepoint library instead of new onedrive sync client.

 

to issue resolved, suggest check settings in following article.

enable users sync sharepoint files new onedrive sync client

if admin of tenant, can refer part of article. if not admin, can manually add registry key [hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\onedrive]
