Office activation - Microsoft Community

u have been using office 2010 pro 7 years, keeps asking me activate product on office services.

this product activated when system set up.

if try , reactivate ""set error""

the setup controller has encountered problem during install. please review log files further information on error.

where find log files????

why being asked reactivate office suite???

 can help??
