Navigation issue in Outlook 2016 - 64bit (build: - Microsoft Community

hello outlook team,

sporadically have noticed navigation panel not working in latest version of outlook 2016. using 'outlook2016 - 64bit (build: 16.0.8625.2139, mso: 16.0.8625.2139) on windows 7 (6.1.7601.65536) - 64bit environment, , when switching folders using left navigation panel, it's not updating view. title bar of view getting updated though.

for example, in '2015' folder. view , title bar pointing '2015'. now, if navigate '2017' folder, view still stays @ '2015' displaying mails '2015'. if check title bar of outlook, displays '2017' navigated folder.

it possible issue experiencing in outlook caused latest update. however, still need check every aspect may caused profile using. being said, performing troubleshooting steps isolate cause of issue. first, create new outlook profile check if issue may have profile itself. if issue not visible new outlook profile, there's big chance profile got corrupted.

on other hand, if didn't experience same issue, advise performing online repair via control panel. here's link can find steps on how perform online repair.

please post result further assistance.
