appears has occured in past windows 10 - why happen again , when fixed..

there components updated on microsoft edge whenever update windows 10. microsoft edge may have encountered software conflict caused issue. correct this, we'd know more information. kindly answer following questions:

  • what current build , version of windows 10? using 1607 or 1703?
  • are getting error message whenever try open microsoft edge?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far? have tried perform clean boot?
