Here maps favourite sync error - Microsoft Community

it's couple of week favourite sync of here maps not work.

when try sync favourites here maps or here drive i've message "at moment it's not possible access here maps sure aiplane mode disable , check wifi or data connection"

i've nokia lumia 520 windows 8.1 (italian)

i tried uninstall , install again here maps , drive same problem.

this seems application failed detect phone's internet connection. if that's case, can try restart or reset lumia 520 rule out phone software related concerns. if decide reset phone, can apps, text messages, photos, , more microsoft account in cloud beforehand. here link on how can create backup.

if issue persists, it's better in touch developer of application further assistance.
